Bonus, this month’s little gem: a crochet photo frame.

This is the sweetest thing in the world: taking a photo (a trip, a grandmother, a love, a detail of home), I chose a photo with my friends, and making a crochet frame for it.

An easy idea with great impact:

make holes about 1 cm apart using an eraser on the back and a needle or something pointed,

base: insert the hook and yarn into the photo and work 1 stitch, followed by 1 chain, insert again into the next hole in the same way, close the round with 1 slip stitch

second round: work 1 chain to give height to the second round and make 1 single crochet in each stitch, for two rounds

third round: I created a sort of little fan by working 5 single crochets into one stitch and then skipping the next 2 stitches; in the 3rd stitch I worked 5 single crochets again and continued like that all around.
