Tessiland's loyalty programme: shop, earn points and turn them into discount vouchers.
How it works
Every registered user will find a dedicated section in their personal account: "My loyalty points". For every €10 of product purchased, 1 point is automatically earned. The section updates with every dispatched order and shows your accumulated points and how far you are from the next threshold.
Spending thresholds
When you reach a threshold, the button lights up: click on it and a discount code is automatically generated for you to copy and enter in the cart.
No additional contributions are required — unlike typical loyalty programmes. With the voucher, you order the materials you want and shipping is always on Tessiland. Want to add something beyond the voucher value? You only pay the difference, always with free shipping.
Where to enter the code
Once generated, the code must be entered in the designated field in the cart, before confirming your order.
Recommendations
- Always use a single account (one email address) to accumulate points
- Once generated, the voucher is valid for 30 days
- Points cannot be transferred between accounts
- Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated
- The voucher cannot be split and must be used in a single order
- Points from an order become visible after dispatch; in case of a return, they are deducted
The system managing points and vouchers is fully automatic. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly check the status of their points and use generated vouchers before the expiry date.
Tessiland operators are unable to reactivate expired vouchers, restore reset points or transfer them between accounts. No exceptions or extensions are possible.
